The apartment is located on the ground floor of our three story home. It is ideal for two people. There is plush carpet, koa bar, microwave oven, four burner cooktop, color tv (local programming only), refrigerator, and double bed, screened in porch surrounded by botanical gardens. We catch our water from the heavens so one must be water conscious. All beaches and activities and shopping are just minutes away. We don't allow smoking in the apartment. if you smoke, you can smoke on the patio or the grounds.
The charge for the apartment is $75.00 a night with a three night minimum. Credit card required to hold reservation, if you cancel within 7 days there will be a one night's rental charge. Our place is one of the most private spots on earth.
